Rang Battery World as I need a test done on a AGM battery for a warranty claim The response was a come back in a week and bring $35.00 with you I then rang Darren at Positive Batteries and he couldn’t be more helpful, was explained that I was only in town for a few days and he said bring it straight over and and quoted $20.00 Couldn’t ask for better customer service thanks to all the Positive staff that made the issue a pleasant one .
