What fabulous service. Dropped in totally unannouced and was immediately heped. Did a load test found my battery was ...... well, you know. Made a recommendation on a replacement and couldn't believe the price, $175.00 where others were quoting well over $200. Sorry that I didn't get the name of the person helping me. Took the old battery out replaced with new all within 20 minutes. You can't beat Positive Batteries & Camping for service, price, efficiency and friendliness. Awesome, thank you so much. 😊😊😊😊🌹🌹🌹🌹

Excellent place to buy batteries. Staff are more than helpful and go out of their way to assist with any problems. They were great when we needed help with our caravan batteries and charger. Staff never rushed us and explained all we needed to know when we could not work out what the problem was.

Positive batteries was recommended to us by another store that also sells batteries! Staff were SO helpful testing the deep cycle battery in our dual battery set up. They found the problem (loose cable) and fixed it all up for us with lots of advice too! All for $5 for the loose cable connection! If I do ever need a battery I'll be going there!!

I just had the most amazing service from positive batteries in Hervey Bay. Firstly, I had been to another place for a quote for a dual battery system for my van. I found the quote quite high and a friend recommended visiting positive batteries. On entering, one of the staff members was so helpful in getting me to understand what was needed. He recommended the things I would need and the prices were more reasonable than I could find online with the bonus of being able to buy locally. He was truthful in telling me a shop that did one of the parts that would be more suitable for what I needed. I ended up coming back the next day and buying all of the parts from them as it was fantastic price and amazing service. Highly recommended and I will be making that my first stop from here on
