Had RACQ come out and tell me, my car battery is dead and I needed a new battery which would cost $260 (tell him hes dreaming). Called Craig he quoted $220. When I got to the shop he tested the battery and instead of taking my money and giving me a new battery like RACQ tried to do, he told me the truth... the battery was fine and I might have just left a light on in the car for the 2 days I didn't drive it. Honesty and integrity is hard to come by these days and Craig now has me as a customer for life. I will see him for all my battery needs and I recommend you do too. 10/10.

I have been coming to Positive (previously All Sorts) for nearly 20 years for my bike batteries and re-packs. Always have a good range in stock at reasonable prices, along with great service. I needed a new battery yesterday in a hurry, was in and out with a new battery fitted to my Triumph in under 10 minutes. No charge for the lame jokes either! 😂

I just dropped in unannounced as my battery was on its last legs - Zac was really helpful and friendly…changed over my battery ( it was a tricky changeover too) Will definitely be back when I need another one - also about $200 cheaper than the place down the road who also wanted to charge me a $130 re programming fee ..,when Zac told me all I needed to do was reset the date and time. Great customer experience - 5 stars!

Great service

Great Customer Service and products. Car battery failed over the Easter break (as they do!). Went in on the Saturday morning after getting enough power though the charger to start the car, all changed over in minutes without losing any of the vehicle electronics. Very professional. The new battery really is much better than the one supplied with the car . Will be going back next week to have my solar/accessories battery tested. Thanks Craig.

I have a VW Polo, it was showing a battery not changing fault. On the way home i pulled into Positive Batteries on Smith Street. A gentleman named Craig tested my alternator and battery and diagnosed the problem very quickly which was the battery. He stocks hundreds of batteries and had the one i needed. He was finishing up for the day but took the time to help me out. My Polo is back working fine and i couldnt be more grateful. Just the best service! Cheers Craig!
